NPM was founded as a resource to provide Christian leaders with an understanding of strategy and strategic planning.  Strategy is often misunderstood.  Strategy and strategic planning requires the uses of many more tools than is understood by many Christian leaders.  NoblePurpose Ministries is a resource to introduce strategic concepts, strategic planning, and leadership qualities to Christian leaders at every level in the church.  Resources are provided in several venues, each designed to produce greater depths of understanding and practical use of strategic concepts.  Venues include a wealth of web-based material that may be copied from the pages of this website.  There are written study guides available for use in Bible studies and Sunday School classes.  There are workshops and seminars that may be scheduled where these materials are presented to live audiences, including a workshop to prepare your strategic plan for your church!
