[Before scheduling a workshop or seminar, spend time in
prayer to God that this will be useful to grow your relationship with Him, that
you desire to seek His purpose and serve His. Too often we ask God to
bless our will, when in fact we should be submitting to His desire rather than
our own wants. O
After you have prayed and feel lead to develop your
leadership knowledge and skills then contact me by e-mail, telephone, or post.
We can discuss your situation and develop a workshop that fits your needs.
Look at the study descriptions. Some studies, such as the Whole Armor
Series, is best suited to a 3-day workshop. Strategic Planning requires
four 2-day sessions over a 9 month period.
Again, first pray and discuss with other believers. Then,
we can discuss details for scheduling.]
[Much of the lesson material contained on this website.
However, I have prepared lesson guides for use in class settings. Contact
me and I will send sample lessons. Please note this is copyrighted
material. This is done to maintain quality control on the lessons.
Many of the strategic concepts could be taken out of context for uses other that
the original purpose. All of this material is under the subjection of
God's
infallible Word. This material is constantly reviewed to ensure it is firmly
grounded in the Biblical truth.]
[This material is focused on developing Christian
leadership. It is not intended solely for professional clergy such as
pastors, ministers, and missionaries. Every person is a leader. For
good or ill, someone is observing and striving to imitate each of us. This
is an awesome responsibility. So, if you are a Christian, then you are a
Christian Leader! Some people seem to have been born with an apparent
natural charisma that inspires others. However, most leaders must study
and learn methods and means to project their values and character to others.
NPM is not focused on a group of leaders as much as presenting leadership to
every Christian so their effective witness is enhanced to the glory of the
Father.]
[I'm convinced that anyone benefits from study.
Education is a good thing. However, these lessons are designed for the
committed Christian. It is really a focus on discipleship rather than
evangelism. As individual devotional studies are developed, I hope they
can inspire others to desire a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the
Father. However, much of NoblePurpose is intended to drive Christian
believers to open themselves up to God's Holy Spirit through prayer and Bible
study, so their spirits are transformed. Then evangelism is a spiritual
fruit that grows from a mature spiritual relationship with God.]
[There is an entire lesson on this topic. In fact,
it is the first lesson of the Whole Armor Series. To define critical
thinking briefly, it is how we should think rather that
what we are to think about anything. It is also called
inductive reasoning. Critical thinkers ask hard questions when they study
a subject. They ask who, what, when, where, why, how? It can make us
uncomfortable. Teachers may not like to be questioned. Students may
find it easier to just be told "do this." However, when circumstances
change and challenges arise the critical thinker is equipped to deal with the
issue because they know they really believe what they believe believe is really
real. Which Dr. Del Tackett of the Truth Project said is the key evidence
of faith. We are empowered to weather the harshest storms of life when we
why something is the way it is. Paul encouraged Timothy to "Study to show yourself approved
unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of
truth." 2 Timothy 2:15 Paul was telling Timothy to be a
critical thinker.]
[The best time is when you realize that as a Christian you
are a leader.]
